bringing robot up to date with 1.1

-updates to various files that have changed in the VM version
-OpenO support (test success requires kube2msb and msb to be working)
-removed un-used -docker.sh scripts (I don't find them useful so I
 am proposing to removing them here)
-updates to SDNC preload eliminates some old parameter subst.
we were doing.
-With these change and a temporary tweak to kube2msb that points it
to a rancher server (kubeMasterUrl) robot results are pretty much on
 par with my VM deployment of ONAP:

Add option to disable specific deployments

Add option to disable any deployment by using conditions in helm
templates. Each deployment will get helm parameter - boolean flag
allowing to disable it. The flags can be listed in the custom
values.yaml file that can be passed to the createAll script with
'-v' command line option.

PORTAL-130 renamed various mounts and FQDNs
-it also added an additional logback.xml for portalsdk
What I did was move the 2 logback files into the config/log dir
so that the centralized logging team can update them as required.

Was able to login to the portal using the vnc session

No-wait namespace deletion option in deleteAll

Containers not starting fails on RBAC enabled k8s

When running the OOM scripts on a RBAC enabled kubernetes,
readiness probes failed to check dependencies status as they
don't have the needed access rights.

Note for the reviewer :
 The fix has been tested on a rancher installation (k8s 1.8)
 and on a kubeadm installation (k8s 1.8), but not a previous
 versions of k8s. There might be issues with the command when
 used on pre RBAC (<1.6) versions of k8s. This should be tested
 with such version if early backward compatibility should be a
 concern.

Remove the root user id to use default user

Change the way kubernetes install to ensure
that the user is not root as all of the aai scripts
expect the user to be non root and this affects
some key functionality and also add an hbase
artificial delay of 60 seconds to ensure
that resources container waits the appropriate
amount of time before trying to connect to hbase
the current implementation of the probe doesn't
work too well since when port is up doesn't
truly tell whether the hbase container is ready
