Fix port for sdnhost

As sdnhost second port didn't have a fixed port, it could take one of
the needed one for the other services (as mentionned in OOM-410).
Fixing it here to {{ .Values.nodePortPrefix }}08 (which is not used by
other services) all to fix the issue
