Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/modeling/modelspec.git from branch 'master'
  to 1ac88410cbd96072397b976714acf6a003f12b3d
  - Updates to Service

    Updated Network Slicing Model diagram, renaming filter to
    SelectionCriteria, and moving SelectionCriteria to Common.  ALso renamed
    ServiceConfigurableProperties to ConfigurableProperties and moved to
    common.
