Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/modeling/modelspec.git from branch 'master'
  to 062c1db888f4b98cbd8cb7e6a722762093ec3366
  - Updates to Common

    Updated Business Interaction Classes and attributes to "Preliminary" per
    this week's acceptance.  Also updated Network Package to include
    SelectionCriteria and the associated CompositeOperator and Operator, as
    well as  ConfigurableProperties related to the Service Network Slicing
    work.
