Fix setup-hvves script

the grep used in the kubectl command to retrieve the hv-ves collector
is too wide. It retrieves the right pod and the euphemeral test pod created
by the test job
as a consequence the HVESPOD is not correct and triggers an error

simple solution consists in putting a stronger constaint on the grep

The tests were disabled after CLI got a NOGO for Frankfurt
But a new docker has been provided by CLI team
this new version fixes soem security issues

Testsuite docker build fix

Configuration files authorization and lighttpd.conf are in the
excluded docker directory in .dockerignore so the container won't build.
Copying all files also causes to copy files not used in runtime.

Add security checks

This patch adds initial security validation check. It includes JSON file
containing dictionary of acknowledged NodePorts with corresponding
services [1].

Data required to perform added security check cannot be easily obtained
from within "robot" pod (without granting it access to "kubectl" tool
and as a side effect - cluster modifications). That is why it should be
collected beforehand by the test operator and stored as a JSON file.

Added suite expects having "${ACTUAL_NODEPORTS_FILE}" variable defined.
It will attempt parsing data stored in the file pointed by the said
variable and compare it against expected NodePorts.

[INT] Add testsuite for vnf lifecycle validation

The new testsuite is intended for heat-based VNFs going through
the OPNFV VNF lifecycle validation. At the end of the test it
will package up the results into a tarball for submission to the
OVP portal.

The testcase uploads a VNF pacakge and
- executes the VVP validation scripts
- models and distributes in SDC
- instantiates via VID
- validates the stack in OpenStack
