Add POSTMAN collection and env

Replace apex JMeter HTML/JS with PDF reports

The results of the apex JMeter report in result.zip was in the
form of HTML/javascript, which generated security issues. This review
replaces the contents of result.zip with PDF documents that capture the
HTML content.

Design and Public API documentation completed.

The draw.io diagrams are in Gerrit. If the page is ever deleted, they
will be lost. They ae now saved in XML format in gerrit.

The design documentation links to the examples in github rather than
quoting them in the document. General tidy up and cleaning of links,
rewording, and reformatting of desgin document.

Added missing diagram to the Design document.

Updated and tidied up the internal PAP/PDP document.

General improvement of documentation.

Add aaf into dependencyManagement

This dependency is used in policy/common and in policy/engine.
In the future other repos may also use this so declaring it in
one place to track the version and ensure all repos are updated.

Move dmaap dependency to parent

Dmaap is already used in 3 repositories, and we anticipate
more. So let's define our usage in parent.

I am also upgrading to the release by Dmaap team for
Casablanca. Let's cross our fingers they fixed a couple of
license issues.

Add web sockets as common dependency

Multiple repositories use mariadb and have selected
different versions. This will keep us consistent
between repos and manage the license/security issue
for mariadb.

javax.servlet must be included

Removed the "provided" scope for javax.servlet so that it will be downloaded
as part of an install.

Fix parent relativePath warnings on parent POM

Adding an empty relativePath element tot he parent removes the
warning about 'parent.relativePath' on the parent build.
