Remove AAF truststore files from configmap

Moved security-related files from the configmap to an
init container, to dramatically reduce the overall size
of the ONAP deployment configmap.

oom tweaks in pap configuration for pdp-x pooling

paplp_1 process is unused and causes intermittent bad
behavior when issuing healthchecks.   Since it provides
no apparent benefit integrity monitor usage has been
disabled.

preloading policies apis are executed when the PAP come up.
The PDP-Xs take longer to come up, therefore the
push-policies script causes bad interactions.   This operation
has to be triggered after all the PDP-Xs are up and properly
running, which is difficult to predict.   Therefore, it is moved
to a manual step execution. In the future, we could think of'how
perhaps execute autonomously by some other means.   It does not
currently work as is, so it is disabled, at least temporarily,

there were a couple problems with pap.conf, first the pdps hostname
need to be explicitly provided, as PAP keeps a white list of pdp hosts
that can connect to it and be served policies.   Another limitation
is the format, note the change to ";" to separate pdps, instead of ",".
Further the automatic configuration sequence is only made for 1 PDP-X,
does not work well when multiple PDP-Xs are provided, so for the first
PDP-X, the credentials need to be explicitly added, otherwise, it
denies access to PDP-Xs.

OOF Integration Changes

Thank you for the very detailed Review Boris.
All changes you had asked have been incorported.

Please take a look and let me know.
Few important points.

All components excep API and Music are services
that do not expose any TCP or HTTP ports. All the NodePort
and serices section areas in each of these component's
values.yaml file have been cleaned. Actually, the service
section do not make sense of these components at all.
They use Music as a distributed Q to receive and push their
tasks/changes.

These include a). Controller b). Data c). Solver and 4). Reservation.

This is why you didn't see any service.yaml files for these.

Made a single configuration based setup.
All HAS components are now configured through
a single configmap and a single set of configuration
files.

All oof-has components share configurations.
Restructured the charts so that theere is
one parent for oof-has from where properties
can be inherited.

Removed other issues like the make was failing.

All PODs are coming up except data - which depends
on AAI certs - team is looking for that side.

Mount entire cassandra directory

Mounting only the cassandra/data directory causes any data not yet
persisted to be lost. Mounting the commitlog directory as well will
allow cassandra to persist data properly.

Updated AAI to latest images - sparky

- sparky configuration files are separated from image,
and are in the aai/test-config project.
AAI and OOM teams agreed that minimal configuration
will be added to the image eventually, but until then all files are mapped.
- a change in logback.xml was made to match the logback for
aai/test-config project file for search-data, in order to get the pod up and
running with minimal changes to app files.

Fix SDNC DMaaP connectivity issues

DMaaP listener was not trying to connect to the right service name, so
it was failing.

In addition, the pod doesn't wait for the dmaap pod to be up and running
before starting, so I've added that dependency.

Lastly, I removed the config of the DMaaP port from the top level values.yaml
files, as out of the box it's very unlikely this would be changed.

Fix for UEB connectivity to SDC

A new property was added in Beijing to connect to SDC, so this needed to
be added to ueb-listener.properties

While investigating, I also noticed that dblib.properties wasn't being properly configured, so I fixed that as well.

Added init dependencies on the dmaap and sdc-be pods.

OOM direct portal access

-must include suffix of "onap.org" in URL for single signon
 -this isn't truly configurable - portal-app needs to be rebuilt
 See: portal/docs/tutorials/portal-sdk/single-signon.rst
-must update local etc hosts with "fake" dns names
-must use kubectl to portforward application ports into the pods
-fixed zookeeper service name,
  -this is needed to be able to login (auth)
-adding helper script to launch port-forwarding

Remove namespace from clamp values

Templating system seems to fail when included in json. As namespace
isn't required, use current namespace as default.
