Fix preload for vFWCL instantiate
synch preload for vpkg_preload for Vnf_Orchestration and Demo so that
the same network prefix is used for vPKG that is created when vFWSNK is
instantiated.

fix /home/ansible ownership
in k8s, the nfs mount point
was assigned to /home/ansible
that caused the issue where
/home/ansible becomes to root:root
so moved to /var/local
and also updated to the laest version
that contains the latest fix

remove startODL string check
it is not necessary to check
startODL is runnning or no.
in the past, startODL took 30-40 mins
From dublin, startODL only takes less than 30 sec

Change default maven path in brmsgw container
remove section that assumes that there is only one dependency
version in the brmsgw. There are 2 (models and drools-applications)
as this has changed in dublin.

Add readiness dependency on aaf
Also some changes for:
- optionally deploy postgres for dmaap-bc. Useful for quick dev deployments
- correct external host IP address for windriver AAF
