Add quotes to force string conversion
2 environment values passed in cds-ui helm chart contain values that need
to be enclosed in quotes to force conversion to string. Without that, helm
deploy fails due to unexpected value.

Literal block is not rendered as such unless prefixed with two colons

Sphinx "code-block" directive takes a language name as an argument [2]
and fails if none is supplied.

Introduce postinstall configuration onboarding for Kibana pod (part 1 of 2).
* The configuration is stored in "log/charts/log-kibana/resources/config/kibana-onboarding.json".
* Running Kibana configuration can be dumped using Elasticdump tool.
* At the moment the "kibana-onboarding.json" file is empty, so the commit should not break anything.

Revert "Fix for appc clustering install failure"
It is reported that the old version of this script is
currently working, so we will leave it as is for now
and make changes later.

Fix for appc clustering install failure
Update appc karaf stop detection
The new stop detection script is more reliable and
does not depend on a specific value and format of
the ps command.
Remove clustering feature install
The feature needs to be installed before appc features
are installed, and so the odl-mdsal-clustering install
has been moved to the build scripts.
