Update git submodules

* Update kubernetes/aai from branch 'master'
  to c2d6e68b32be2bc2a421f21d23b12abdf314198c
  - Moving AAI Helm Chart version for El Alto

    Updating Helm Charts to 5.0.0 for the El Alto release.

    Merge will be co-ordinated with the merge of a separate oom patch https://gerrit.onap.org/r/#/c/oom/+/91274/.
    Please do not merge until this coordination has completed.

Introduces the ONAP Platform OOM (ONAP Operations Manager) to efficiently Deploy, Manage, Operate the ONAP platform and its components (e.g. MSO, DCAE, SDC, etc.) and infrastructure (VMs, Containers).
