Adjust relative paths for CSIT files

Remove leading test/csit/ from all relative paths to
accomodate the move into integration/csit repo.

Move CSIT to integration/csit repo

To facilite branching of CSIT tests, all CSIT test
code and scripts are relocated to the integration/csit
repo.

Initial empty repository

This repo holds all the Continuous System Integration Testing (CSIT) configuration for all ONAP projects.
