Update ca cert generating and correct path to certs
Due to changes between java 11.0.5 and 11.0.6 older way of generating ca certs is incorrect
New hv-ves image is compatible with new cfy k8s plugin (v 1.6.0).
Because of that cert path need to be changed.

Unset 'text' attribute for *.csar files explicitly
*.csar files should have "-text" attribute assigned to avoid end
of line substitution on checkouts and other git operations. Csar
files (zip file) being binary files may not be detected as such
in older versions of git (i.e. in CI Ubuntu 16.04 minions), so
explicit git attribute needs to be set.

Fixing APEX CSIT failure
APEX CSIT was using PAP's Group Deploy operation to deploy policies.
The group deploy operation's request body got invalid due to removal of
a PolicyType.
GroupDeploy operation should be ideally used instead of SimpleDeploy
operation. So, updating the GroupDeploy request body and fixing this.

Remove "Restricted" info from csars
These are the lines removed:

Add support for https tests for SDC-DCAE-D
This commit introduces a new set of variables for sdc-dcae-d test in the
same style as was for sdc tests. Some refactor had to be done to make it
work and make it less copy-pasted.

Add baseUrl to configuration
- Add support for baseUrl usage. It is needed for handling objects other than pnfs from the inventory.
BaseUrl is necessary for fixing the existing bug, where pnf path is used to get service-instance from AAI.
- Correct path in AAI simulator.

Fix SDC_LOCAL_GITREPO for relative paths
SDC_LOCAL_GITREPO will not do what you want (most likely) if used
with a relative path - it worked only with an absolute one.
This commit fixes this but it adds a new requirement: 'realpath';
which should be on any system as it is part of the coreutils and
similar package sets.
