Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/logging-analytics.git from branch 'master'
  to ea9bf6a31b205ea0681f70b74e0b79d03d09ff3f
  - Changing delete command

    -delete is causing exit 1 with error "No such file or directory."
    As it trying to delete files from ./.tox/* path.
    Adding -not -path "./.tox" to exclude path.
