Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/so.git from branch 'master'
  to 6a168ffe4d98f9c55b1c8cd59c1994e63e0b0692
  - Merge "update poms to be compatible with eclipse IDE"
  - update poms to be compatible with eclipse IDE

    add groovy sources to eclipse projects automatically
    replace groovy maven plugins with more modern one
    remove unused dependency causing compilation issues
