Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/appc.git from branch 'master'
  to aa9685086bc7c9094aca1f11280f9db2434810d7
  - Changes to remove maven-staging-plugin

    Root pom ccsdk version updated to latest and
    dependency versions are fixed so that they are
    compliant with the maven enforcer plugin.
