Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/modeling/modelspec.git from branch 'master'
  to 7163353e8055fa9f8147618c0ba7c3dc68225ab8
  - Very slight update to Vnf

    As part of license, something went wrong with license and entitlement
    association to VnfInstance.   Had to delete and reassociate.
