Updated git submodules

Project: externalapi/nbi master 012cf24a769893f092f07d05737e9e9e9dda40f1

Right variables for NBI

rename SPRING_SDC_HOST, SPRING_AAI_HOST and SPRING_SO_HOST to SDC_HOST,
AAI_HOST and SO_HOST respectively.

put the right value in these variables (with http(s) and ports and not
only the IP address, my bad).

force restart of nbi container on failure
