Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/vfc/nfvo/lcm.git from branch 'master'
  to 0c892a56660eadc52a62b7e2cbba2f7967ab5b53
  - Migrate vfc-nfvo-lcm docs

    Merging this will create
    https://onap-vfc-nfvo-lcm.readthedocs.io
    This build will run in parallel
    to the current docs generation method
    until we are ready to cut over.
