Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/oom/offline-installer.git from branch 'master'
  to 6ac532c0d6cd76dd5fef7cee280fdc1f43ea9222
  - Use POSIX compliant shell command in cicdansible

    "[[ ]]" is a bash specific command that doesn't work in
    dash which is Ubuntu's default shell.
