Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/vid.git from branch 'master'
  to 97bec3c43ac5cefdb8b852de8efb00a84148ed28
  - Migrate to gerrit-maven-stage (VID)

    Update oparent version to 2.0.0 which supports
    global-jjb maven-stage job.
    Remove the usage of maven-staging plugin since it
    will become deprecated soon.
