Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/vid.git from branch 'master'
  to d39964940a6fecbd86007327e6026dda73f7ac18
  - Undo scheduler.basic.auth configurability

    It is not localized with localize_system, therefore left with a
    dangling placeholder `${SCHEDULER_BASIC_AUTH}`.

    (Introduced in change-id Ie88c6182f2cbf468615a4146bced531c2ad150e0,
    found by Robot's CSIT).
