Updated git submodules

Project: oom release-1.1.0 e9cb05d5ac608f3c0578f24fbd228b6a2d21cf17

Update resources and traversal to use amsterdam

After the branch was cut these need to ensure
to use the amsterdam branch instead of master
Assumed that this is not the case since it
was originally not using the clone but took
the config files from aai-config and aai-data
