Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/multicloud/k8s.git from branch 'master'
  to 8445148cf095fcc55a9ada3e2bb0fece7a065089
  - Merge "Change the import paths for go get access"
  - Change the import paths for go get access

    This allows other projects to do a go get and use this repo.
    go get github.com/multicloud-k8s/src/k8splugin
    will do the job.
    import github.com/multicloud-k8s/src/k8splugin
    will import the root package
