Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/ccsdk/cds.git from branch 'master'
  to 20f27d87bb4ce6343ec2ce54a5cebf1681fac8be
  - Merge "Default resolution status when storing result"
  - Default resolution status when storing result

    It can happen the resolve fails, and the status end up not
    being set, hence to avoid any exception, we default to failure.
