Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/oom.git from branch 'master'
  to 32c2ebb4a84e4cc9ae6b31a45d3f2a103cf9d8a6
  - Merge "remove hardcoded MariaDB password"
  - remove hardcoded MariaDB password

    This aligns with other changes on OOM.
    You can either supply a specific password or
     have it generated for you based on a master password
