Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/oom.git from branch 'master'
  to d2eff370d0c15727568e9d977bd737e59b2e1141
  - Merge "remove readiness for ansible pod"
  - remove readiness for ansible pod

    ansible pod does not require
    any dependency with other pod,
    and the restful script can
    be brought up within one minutes
    also use the release version
