Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/ccsdk/cds.git from branch 'master'
  to 1e85e4ee328b0d6aae39c6b7275a5fd949296b00
  - Do not throw exception when no data exist.

    The first time we're doing a diff, if a store operation has
    never been done before, we shouldn't throw exception, we should
    silently succeed and set the diff as empty value.
