Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/sdc.git from branch 'master'
  to 6effd851716a792cb500b9418379478d64f390e7
  - Fixed issue with not updating the context.xml

    Added the context.xml to maven-clean-plugin to prevent
    issue with updating the sdc project.version
    (mismatch of the version in context.xml file).
