Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/multicloud/k8s.git from branch 'master'
  to 1ab1af62578c1c2bf7b3b2e56827fe408cabdbb3
  - Merge "Fix namespace creation"
  - Fix namespace creation

    Namespace is being created by k8splugin
    if it doesn't exist. This is done  before
    other resources are created in kubernetes.
    This patch removes check that failed if
    namespace didn't exist
