Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/integration.git from branch 'master'
  to 73862e4ea030de857927c23f8f88263f8d3365e3
  - Modify minimal Vagrant environment resources

    Previously allocated resources were underestimated. Devstack resources
    will remain lowered until core ONAP instance is stabilized.
