Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/modeling/modelspec.git from branch 'master'
  to dd997d13087bd8b30f625b525e41bf22cca1fc9e
  - Updates to Party

    Started drafting concepts of Party Name and Party Role.   These are
    relevant as part of the license model (a vendor has an agreement, with
    features related to a Vnf).
