Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/appc.git from branch 'master'
  to 972397fd9860d9c19a5d2c66d082e431d827c7a6
  - Change parent poms

    Changing the parent pom of appc-dispatcher and
    appc-directed-graph so that they no longer point
    to the root appc pom, instead they point to the
    org.onap.appc.parent pom files.
