Updated git submodules

Project: appc master 6eec6d143f350484445a2e03243f397c570f7687

New version of ccsdk

Updating to the release version of ccsdk which
has dependencies listed differently to fix resolution
errors which were causing javadocs to fail and a lot of
other warning to show up.
