Remove jjb for repos for amsterdam release

Several repos do not have release artifacts in Amsterdam.  LF did not
create Amsterdam branch for them.  This caused the daily release job
on Amsterdam branch of these repos to fail.  This submission removes
the jjb def for Amstedam branch of these repos.
