Rename file due to case conflict on windows

Both Start.json and start.json exist in appc-sequence-generator-bundle/src/test/resources/output.
This causes issues when working in a windows environment as both files cannot exist.
Renamed Start.json to Start2.json and updated the test accordingly.

Correcting or skipping tests

These tests seem to be designed to timeout and fail. The
resulting exception is either caught or put as an expectation of
the test. The tests do not actually test anything and are causing
30 minutes of build delay.

Upload dgloader JAR w dependencies to Nexus Repo

This change uses the shade maven plugin to be able to deploy the
dg-loader JAR version that carries the dependencies needed to
trigger the dg-loader commands appropriately in

New version of ccsdk

Updating to the release version of ccsdk which
has dependencies listed differently to fix resolution
errors which were causing javadocs to fail and a lot of
other warning to show up.
