Let straightforward `vidkeystorepassword` setting in values.yaml
The value of vidkeystorepassword is plugged as environment variable
VID_KEYSTORE_PASSWORD. (see commit

Now CATALINA_OPTS will be evaluated when container is started, with
the actual value of VID_KEYSTORE_PASSWORD env variable.
This fixes the issue where CATALINA_OPTS is evaluated at Docker
build time, with a static VID_KEYSTORE_PASSWORD value.

Extract subscriber-name only when it is not defined
This solves the Recreate issue when subscriber-name is already
provided by the template, but Redux is not populated with
`service.subscribers`.

Sink all Async-Jobs logging to same debug.log
Error events are _replicated_ to error.log
Main incentive is to have all JobWorker, ResourceCommand
and MsoResultHandlerService logging the job life-cycle on
same page.
