OOM-1564: Casablanca: AAF Charts
External-ports were missing in values.yaml but are

Use flavors for resources in clamp deployment
For Casablanca release, flavors have been set up for choosing the
"right" resource requests and limits.
Although the deployment is using the right way for that, clamp-xxx
charts values.yaml was not.
This commit makes values.yaml aligned with flavors

Use flavors for resources in mariadb-galera deploy
For Casablanca release, flavors have been set up for choosing the
"right" resource requests and limits.
Although the deployment is using the right way for that, mariadb-galera
charts values.yaml was not. This commit makes values.yaml aligned with
flavors.

Create a minimal environment file
This override file is used to deploy a minmal configuration to
onboard and deploy a VNF. It includes the following components:
A&AI, DMAAP, Portal, Robot, SDC, SDNC, SO, VID
Some additional optimisations are set:
- replica set to one
- JVM reduced size
- resource requests reduced
Patch2 corrects:
- remove trailing white-space
- add all components with true:enabled
Patch3 corrects
- remane file name to minimal-onap.yaml
- remove oom-casa.txt introduced by error in patch2
Patch 4 corrects
- put enabled:true all components to be deployed

Fix SDNC initialization
Updated start script so that initialization of local file system is
handled by a local lockfile, while initialization of database is
handled by a lockfile on persistent volume.
