[DCAE][DCAEMOD] Deploy R7 container images
Deploy new versions of cm-container, k8s-bootstrap-container
and healthcheck-container for DCAE.
Deploy a healthcheck-container for DCAEMOD.
Add readiness checks for aaf-cm for dcae-cloudify-manager,
dcae-inventory-api, and dcae-config-binding-service, to
avoid crash loops in the init phase.

[AAF SMS] Use certInitializer for certificates
AAF SMS was hardcoding its certificates in the container.
This patch makes use of certInitializer in order to retrieve "fresh"
certificates.
In order to use certInitiliazer in a sub component, we had to move
charts to component and add the right requirements.

[COMMON] add pre upgrade script for mariadb-galera
When upgrading from a version to another, it may be impossible to do it
"simply" because of changes in immutable properties of statefulsets. We
change that here by creating a temporary deployment which will hold the
whole databases during the time the old statefulset gets destroyed and
the new one gets created.

Not all components declare repository in the global section which may
lead to some error when processing just a single component instead of

Fix readiness-check ready.py script for stateful set
Only check the status field readyReplicas instead of
currentReplicas and updatedReplicas. The value of currentReplicas
relates to the number of pods created with the first revision of
the stateful set. If a change is made to the stateful set and pods are restarted
then currentReplicas is no longer returned in the status.

[CONTRIB] Use proper image for netbox provision job
netbox was using readiness image to run its job. This is not the
proper usage of this image and recently it started failing because
bash is no longer available in this image.
As the script does not containt bash-specific construcitons let's
change the image to curl one and just use whatever shell is there.

Make Policy PAP exposition configurable
Policy PAP endpoint exposition is made configurable using helm override
values when deploying. Available options for service type are:
* Cluster IP (default value)
* Node Port (by overriding policy.pap.service.type value with NodePort)

[COMMON] Fix certInitializer to use proper global values
One of reasons why certInitializer is a proper chart that you need to
put in your requirements.yaml is to avoid copy-pasting the same global
values among different charts. As it turned out in tests we've been
not "mangling" global values properly while creating
$subchartDot. This patch fixes the issue.

[COMMON] Use "" instead of {} as a default value to avoid warning
After we upgraded our helm version we started getting below issues
with emails:
Warning: Merging destination map for chart 'curator'.
Overwriting table item 'image', with non table value:
onap/sdnc-image:1.8.2
To fix this let's just use "" instead of () for our daily operations.
