Create definitions for multiple vf-modules
This fix does not change distribution when there is one
dummy heat and one cloud technology artifact.
When there is more than one dummy heat or more than one
cloud technology artifact forwarder will try to match them
base on the name of the heat file that should match the prefix
of the name of cloud artifact. There is no need to change use
cases of vFW and EdgeX showcased for Dublin and ElAlto neither
their descriptions should be changed.

Improve security release notes
In order to provide users with more details of project's state in
terms of security let's divide the security release notes into three
sections:
- Fixed Security Issues
Contains a list of security fixes merged during this
release (especially those reported via OJSI tickets).
- Known Security Issues
Contains a list of vulnerabilities detected in project during
release which have not been fixed yet and thus should be mitigated
by the user.
- Known Vulnerabilities in Used Modules
Contains information about NexusIQ scan results
