Update git submodules

Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/vid.git from branch 'master'
  to 766ae25cfa4bb854c17a5dd8d676df2214e4c3de
  - Merge "Templates: show correct values of sdnc-preload, volume-group name"
  - Templates: show correct values of sdnc-preload, volume-group name

    Rename fields in VfModule:
     - volumeGroupName instead of volumeGroupInstanceName
     - sdncPreLoad instead of usePreload

    Also allow "set" on pupups by providing an empty "existingNames"
