  - Improved unit tests for ComponentValidationUtils and Sonar fixes.

    Improved unit tests for ComponentValidationUtils.
    Checkstyle for ComponentValidationUtils.
    Add a private constructor to hide the implicit public one
    in the ComponentValidationUtils.
