Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/optf/has.git from branch 'master'
  to fa04a4a0c5a18be0c1ebaebc8721b211ff26be74
  - Merge "Add passthrough attributes"
  - Add passthrough attributes

    Added passthrough attributes in placement request.
    Current attributes HAS request section changed to
    filtering_attributes and new passthrough attributes
    added in HAS request - this one is read from vnf policy
    passthroughAttributes section.
