  - Improve unit test for ConfigurationUtils and sonar fixes

    Add more test for ConfigurationUtils.
    Fix error in getCompatibleCollectionForAbstractDef method bad return value
    for TransferQueue.class.
    Sonar fixes:
     - use not deprecated method IOUtils.toString.
     - remove code duplication.
     - return empty collection instead of null.
