Update git submodules

Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/multicloud/k8s.git from branch 'master'
  to 63933b0cf304cfdd49fc73278d9c64dcb48f90eb
  - Merge "Remove deployment plugin"
  - Remove deployment plugin

    The deployment plugin does not support managing
    resources based on the old v1beta1 resource path.
    This is supported by the generic plugin.
    We will re-enable this plugin if there is a need for
    special actions for deployments.
