Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/multicloud/k8s.git from branch 'master'
  to e26aad8235b1fc8c9c53e0014f1b308e9df4ffb8
  - Merge "Remove double thread restriction on build"
  - Remove double thread restriction on build

    The double thread restriction on the build was introduced
    to alleviate runtime memory exceptions.
    Now that we have a larger VM for builds, this is not required.
