Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/oom.git from branch 'master'

  - Merge "[CDS] Remove unused filebeat container."
  - [CDS] Remove unused filebeat container.

    The container definition is commented out. As logging is set to false by
    default, remove this comments. Will readd template when CDS team will be
    ready.
