Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/so.git from branch 'master'
  to 7c69f07593a8c7474bd7a69a65979dc0635f1526
  - Merge "Changes related to eviction of connections"
  - Changes related to eviction of connections

    These are changes related to ASDC controller for evicting database
    connection pool when ip address changes
    Included other appllications such as requestDB, CatalogDB, API Handler,
    BPMN, OpenstackAdapter etc
