Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/multicloud/k8s.git from branch 'master'
  to 36bd529eefdf43e552f420ab0a1d52fd560b837f
  - Merge "Plugin code refactoring"
  - Plugin code refactoring

    The plugin code has been refactored to
    implement a common interface.
    This will allow us to do plugin validation
    at loadtime of the plugin instead of at runtime.
    This also makes the code calling the plugins cleaner
    and easier to read.
