Prepare for global-jjb v0.25.0
In preparation for global-jjb v.0.25.0 we need to move
jjb/global-jjb submodule to global-jjb to prevent JJB from
parsing tool YAMLs and translating them into Jenkins jobs.

Expand rendered image name to include sec and ms
Expand rendered image name to include seconds and milliseconds.
This reduces the probability of image name collisions on the cloud
from 1/60 to 1/60000.
The initial change Ic1853ba7566def397b8bce389e2779fe3020c7ce was
reverted, since the change had issues bringing up an instance on the
OpenStack cloud provider. This was because the default `instance_name`
value is taken as the `image_name`, when the instance_name is unset,
the instance_name does not allow FQDN format hostname ending with
a period+number.
The workaround is to use separate `instance_name` parameter in your
builder which does not end with period+number.
Fixed upstream in common-packer [1.].

Add docker and sonar jobs for sidecars
Add docker jobs for fproxy, rproxy and tproxy-config. Though the name
has "aai", aai code is not involved. Add sonar jobs for fproxy and
rproxy. tproxy-config just configures the pod and doesn't actually have
any code. Refactor existing cadi sonar job into separate sonar jobs for
each maven submodule in the project.

After upgrading to JJB 2.2.0 any nested parameters
up to 3 levels will be reported as a failure.
We need to fix those so that there is only 2
levels maximum.
Committing this as a single patch since our verify
job is broken.

Fix nested trigger_jobs (C-H)
After upgrading to JJB 2.2.0 any nested parameters
up to 3 levels will be reported as a failure.
We need to fix those so that there is only 2
levels maximum.
Committing this as a single patch since our verify
job is broken.

openci: Add ActiveMQ credentials binding
The ActiveMQ credentials are used by Python publisher for
connecting to the broker.
In order for the credentials to be available to the job,
ActiveMQ credentials need to be added to Jenkins with a
name/uid openci-connect-activemq.

openci: Log eventBody to console before publishing
It is necessary to log the eventBody to console before we attempt
to publish it since it is not possible to see the event body in
case if the publisher errors out due to invalid JSON.

Remove JJB for dormant SDNC repos
Repositories sdnc/features and sdnc/plugins are dormant in Casablanca.
Removed associated Jenkins jobs. Note: these repos are read-only in
Gerrit, so no changes can be made.

openci: Change event publisher and selector
This change stops using JMS Messaging for publishing events
and switches to Python utility for publishing events created
by Yolanda.
Apart from switching to publisher, the filtering of events
is switched to selector instead of message fields due to issues
with the JSONPath.
These jobs will be used during ONS Europe session.
