Fix AAI issue with missing elasticsearch image

Fix the accidental openecomp to onap
Change the files that referenced openecomp to onap
Change the deploy vm 1 to look for a different
phrase when start the microservice and update the
application properties to have empty username and
password for dmaap since the keys needs to be provided
even if the values for them are empty
